My experience working with Woodmere Homes started back in 2012. I had found a photo of a home in a magazine that I thought was one of the most beautiful and unique homes I had seen. I took the photo to Josh Lynch, owner of Woodmere Homes, and told him this was the home I wanted him to build for me. I didn’t have any floor plans for the home but could more or less see in my mind of what it could be. He took the photo to his architect to have plans drawn up to match the photo. Shortly after that I met with the architect personally to customize the plans to exactly what I wanted. The plans were then finalized and construction was soon underway. I remember the builders referring to the original photo of the house throughout the entire construction process. Interestingly enough the home he built for me turned out better than the photo and much more than I ever could have hoped for in a home. I’ve lived in my home now for nearly 4 years. I’m amazed every day that I have such a beautiful home and that it’s all thanks to Josh. He was able to do what others could not in making my dream a reality. Woodmere is the definition of custom home building!
